On April 23, 2026, TOMECO SI’s supporting industry factory, located at the Hanoi Southern Supporting Industrial Park — HANSSIP, welcomed a delegation from the Ministry of Industry and Commerce of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic. The visit focused on factory operations, modern mechanical manufacturing models and production management practices.
The delegation was led by Mr. Sa Lẩm Xay Liểm Phỉ, Deputy Director General, with the participation of representatives from the Small and Medium Enterprise Development Fund — SMEDF, and BIDV Bank, organizations supporting financial resources for businesses.
On TOMECO’s side, the meeting was attended by Mr. Lê Quý Khả, General Director, Ms. Vũ Thị Quỳnh, Deputy General Director, and technical departments who directly joined the discussion and exchange.

The visit provided an opportunity for the delegation to learn more about TOMECO SI’s manufacturing capabilities, factory operation model and quality control process. During the working session, the delegation toured the factory and observed several key manufacturing technologies, including CNC laser cutting, robotic welding and precision machining.
Representatives from TOMECO also shared practical experience in developing a modern supporting industry factory, with a focus on synchronized investment, standardized production processes and the application of technology in manufacturing management.

The delegation highly appreciated TOMECO SI’s operating model and its orientation toward precision mechanical manufacturing, OEM production and participation in regional supply chains.
The visit also opened up opportunities for further exchange between Vietnamese and Lao organizations and enterprises in the fields of mechanical engineering, supporting industries and industrial production management.
This working session reflects TOMECO SI’s commitment to strengthening industrial cooperation, sharing manufacturing experience and contributing to the development of a more connected regional supply chain.
